Craig oversees estimating and supervision at Stronghold Hire. With over 25 years of scaffolding experience across the UK, Europe, and Australia, he brings deep expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Known for his practical problem-solving and calm professionalism, Craig ensures every project runs smoothly and safely.

Sorcha is the strategic force behind Stronghold Hire’s growth and operations. With a background in business leadership and a passion for elevating construction safety standards, she brings big-picture vision to every decision. She also runs multiple businesses and empowers her team to thrive. When she’s not juggling projects or parenting, she’s likely to be found clocking laps in the ocean.

Ryan manages material logistics, transport, and equipment maintenance. With over 15 years’ experience in construction between the UK and Australia, Ryan is the backbone of day-to-day operations. He’s known for his ability to stay cool under pressure and his commitment to keeping everything running like clockwork.

Alisha leads our payroll and financial operations, managing accounts receivable, payable, and ensuring every dollar is accounted for. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she keeps our back-office functions running with absolute precision.

Felix brings a sharp eye for detail and deep knowledge of edge protection systems. He plays a key role in managing contracts and health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance. Outside of work, Felix leads on the rugby pitch as Club Captain of the Sydney Irish Rugby team, and somehow still finds time to run marathons for fun.

Originally from Ireland, Michael joined Stronghold Hire as a welder and quickly became a cornerstone of our yard operations. He manages dispatch and repairs across our equipment inventory with precision and care. Off the clock, he enjoys coastal walks, strumming his guitar, or catching up with mates over a pint of Guinness.

Max is our longest-serving team member, rising through the ranks to become a trusted supervisor. A Sydney local through and through, Max is known for his incredible work ethic and dedication to his craft. When he’s not coordinating scaffold crews, you’ll find him lifting heavy at CrossFit or tearing up the trails on his motorbike.
