Safety
Safety is Non-Negotiable at Stronghold Hire.
At Stronghold Hire, safety isn’t just a policy — it’s embedded in our culture, training, and daily operations. As a company operating in one of the most high-risk industries, we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our workers, our clients, and everyone on site.

Our Approach to Safety
We take a proactive, systems-based approach to managing risk. All of our procedures are designed in accordance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, industry codes of practice, and relevant Australian Standards (e.g. AS/NZS 1576).
Every member of our crew understands the importance of safety and contributes to maintaining a zero-harm environment — whether working on a small residential scaffold or a complex industrial system.
